Here is the plan the students developed to set them up for success.
Performers

Check for items in the Jammers Tech room, make sure it's clean

Head to the lobby to reconnect with your family

Look for Jammer Adult to let you in to Cap One Hall across from the Watermark hotel entrance in the garage parking level 4

Stay with group through run-through and rehearsal (unless designated other job already)

Walk group out North Loading Dock and assist with pickup

1st half Chaperones
-
Arrive between 6-6:30 pm. Park in Hotel Parking. Parking is marked starting at level 4 and 5. Enter on Level 4 across from Watermark Hotel entrance

Check in with security, and scan your ticket.

Wear your Jammers Chaperone shirt
-
Take attendance and monitor your group attending to any needs in the green room and throughout the 1st half
-
Contact Chaperone Managers for any assistance

2nd Half Chaperones
-
Come down at the beginning of intermission to the doors just past the bathrooms (on your right as you exit the hall).

Wear your Jammers Chaperone shirt
-
Meet up with Reshma to go through security check and then head down to the green rooms to take over duties
-
Same job as 1st half chaperones above
-
At the end of the show
-
meet ensemble down in green room,
-
make sure they clear out all items and leave the place neat
-
Wait for Chaperone Manager to give you the go ahead to bring the group upstairs and out to the designated lobby area where they will connect with their families. (see map)

Chaperone Managers will sweep the rooms for any leftover unclaimed items and bring them to Lost and Found which will be located on a table near the security check-in
